Implant Supported Molar

This molar was lost and replaced with an implant supported porcelain crown. The implant is replacing the root in figure a. An abutment which is the substitute for a prepared tooth is connected to the implant figure b.

Finally, a crown is placed over the implant supported abutment to mimic a natural tooth (figures c. and d.)
